Puding Raja / Puding
Istana
Bahan-bahan
2 sikat pisang lemak
manis separuh masak
1 sudu besar minyak
sapi (utk mengelak
pisang melekat)
Minyak untuk
menggoreng terendam
Kuah Puding
1 tin susu sejat Ideal
200ml air
3 biji kuning telur
150gm gula pasir
1 sudu teh esen vanila
1 sudu besar tepung
kastard + 2 sudu besar
air (larutkan)
sehelai daun pandan
Bahan Hiasan
100gm gajus di goreng
Buah prun di potong
kecil
2 urat jala mas
(diceraikan), ceri
merah dan hijau
Resipi : Jala Mas klik

Cara-cara :
1. Panaskan minyak
masak, kemudian
masukkan minyak
sapi. Masukkan
pisang dan goreng
hingga kekuningan.
Toskan di atas tissue
dapur. Kemudian
goreng gajus hingga
keperangan dan
toskan. Ketepikan.
2. Kuah Puding :
Satukan semua bahan
kecuali daun pandan
dan kacau dengan
whisk hingga gula
larut. Tapiskan ke
dalam periuk,
masukkan daun
pandan dan masak di
atas api yang kecil
sambil di kacau
perlahan-lahan hingga
agak pekat. Keluarkan
daun pandan.
3. Ambil pisang yang
di toskan tadi dan
susun berlapis di
dalam bekas kaca,
taburkan sedikit jala
mas, gajus, ceri merah
dan hijau.
4. Kemudian tuangkan
kuah kastard di
atasnya dan taburkan
lebihan jala mas, gajus,
ceri merah dan hijau
sebagai hiasan.
